Refund policy

Every DVRGNT piece is made to order — printed and finished for you individually. Because nothing is pre-made or restocked, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or ordering error.

We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, or if you receive the wrong item.

To make a claim, email alejo@alejoarango.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims are remade or refunded at no cost to you — you usually won't need to ship anything back unless we ask.

Sizing: because items are made to order, please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. We can't accept returns for sizing, so when in doubt, size up.
